Founded by John Laurino and Stela Lopez with the original purpose to provide finance corporate advisory to brazilian mid-size companies, UNIT focused on foreign trade projects still in 1995, finding alternative sources to local manufacturers of electronic and chemical products.

In 1999, we started to work on exports for brazilian products such as beverages and foodstuff. Presently we are food ingredients specialists, exporting various commodities from many parts of the world to Europe, North America and Australia.

In 2007 UNIT started working with ACAI pulp and juice from the Rain Forest area (North of Brazil).

In 2008, UNIT was assigned as the sole agent of the largest chinese MULBERRY CONCENTRATE JUICE to the US market.

In 2009 UNIT added AMAZON OILS to its portfolio. These products are raw materials and ingredients used by the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and textile industries, and come exclusively from sustainable projects mainly in the state of Para.
